What's included in the price

The rental price quoted is what you pay! There are no extra costs for air conditioning, electricty or cleaning.

All properties offered for rent are furnished to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Kitchens are equipped with oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, most have microwave ovens. There is sufficient crockery, glassware, pans, cutlery etc. provided.

Bed linen and house towels are provided, but please do bring extra towels for use around the pool or the beach.

How to Pay

To reserve the property and dates you require, we ask for a £50 per week booking deposit to be paid within seven days of making your reservation. The balance of the rental money is due to be paid six weeks before your arrival date.

For bookings made within six weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.

For very short notice bookings we can also take cash on arrival.
